Curious about his origins, Spike decides to run away to find his real parents and learn more about his dragon heritage, but discovers that the life of a dragon is rather unforgiving. Worried sick, Night Light and Twilight Velvet venture deep into the heart of the dragon lands to find him and bring him home, though not without getting a few scrapes, burns, and bruises along the way. Spike embraces them, ashamed that he put them in danger.
