Hello, Lovelies!~ I recently found an app where you can create chibi characters, and have been loving the heck out of it! It's called Gacha Life. I love this app because there are so many options to customize your character. Hairs, clothing, props--the only downside is the coloring of these items are limited to 2 colors only. But, you can still get SO many ideas for characters and even adoptables here! You can even play games, explore the NPC universe, and create skits between characters here! ♥LIL EEVEE! ♥ I call her this because she is basically an Eevee Gijinka (a pokemon as a human).
