Donella Philuoco, known as Brabacuda among pirates, uses her capability to breathe in both the surface of the shore and the depths of the ocean, added to her prowess for fire elemental magic, to be a real threat in marine combat. Little is known about her life before she started sailing, but it’s known both her eye and leg are missing before her life of crime, and she seems to have a special interest in boarding ships from Tenibrus communities.
