The character in question was suggested by Patreon supporter osprey . I believe that the fact that she is a housewife in clothes and an apron reminded me of an artwork of Kitty Vanilji, a character by the artist blackfox85. So I tried to take what I remembered off the top of my head and put it into practice. She is a secondary character who appeared in one of the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers episodes.
