Why not put Sapphire in something... like Black Knight! As Guinevere! Okay, lore time lol Guinevere is married to the illusion of Arthur. A little after this she became friends with Nimue, and got to know the Knights closely. But once everything went to garbage, she was forced to rule alone. Because of this evil turn from her "husband" and the stress of ruling a dying kingdom alone, she developed a crush on the king's most faithful knight being Lancelot (just like the real story of Guinevere and Lancelot). When Sonic arrives, she knows immediately that this is the only one who can save Camelot and her darling Lancelot, and puts all her faith in him despite Excalibur's skepticism. And from her pleas, Sonic's journey continues, but when it's revealed that Arthur was only an illusion, Guinevere goes into an existential crisis and in thinking she is usurping the throne in some way is ready to let the throne go and fall on her sword (like Gawain tried to do). But Lancelot and Sonic stop her, Sonic encouraging her to join the fight against Merlina in any way she can. And because of the love she has for Camelot, the Knights and the respect she has for Sonic and his mission, she agrees and helps search for the way into Merlina's palace. And she is still the only person to believe in Sonic, even when he's getting kicked down ruthlessly. When he shows he's victorious and has to say goodbye after being crowned as the true Arthur, Guinevere gives a tearful goodbye and laments that they couldn't have been family by blood, and hopes in the next life that they are. Once he leaves, Guinevere is crowned as the monarch of Camelot and rules with Lancelot as her advisor and sweetheart until... Camelot eventually falls and her fate is unknown...
